JVC 12 inch 3000 watt max good? - jvc powered subwoofer

Ok. think about it, such as 2 in the Arsenal JVC 12-inch subs I'm pretty sure he will save it from overstock.com. Here is the link for JVC SUBS

r these subs just really cheap, like **** and they are strong or they are a pair of subwoofers Desent sound?
