Yes, but I do not know why they are bent. Is it because you do about chest exercises, but not the back muscles, then you can easily correct. If there is something else, like an injury or illness, it is more difficult, but can still be improved.

Roll your shoulders back in a circular motion about 20 times per day.

And try to keep the shoulders back throughout the day to strengthen muscles.
